We require you to communicate with ScrumGenius through the intergration. This requires special care on our side, and a more restrictive privacy measure: we do not collect or keep information from conversations, and we do not process messages transmitted, except for messages related to the explicit usage of ScrumGenius.

We collect the following information from the intergration:

  • Profile information: We collect your intergration's user name, identifier and email address.
  • Team information: We collect your intergration team’s name, domain and identifier.
  • From support: ​We store any communication between you and us.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect as follows:

  • Intergration Data - To present information about the standups and checkins reported by the team members on ScrumGenius.
  • Email - To communicate with users (on-boarding messages and product announcements).

Log Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our ScrumGenius (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third-party services, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality.

These third-parties may use cookies to help us analyze how our users are using ScrumGenius and they have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they use such information.
