Feature Spotlight: Analytics Tracking

ScrumGenius is designed to help your team track goals and blockers. Once you have goal and blocker tracking enabled under Report Settings, you can view these stats for your whole team as well as their participation count from all past reports under Team Dashboard. All you have to do is click on the History button on the top right-hand side of the screen to view them.

If you want more personalized statistics, ScrumGenius also allows you to view the goal and blocker stats of individual team members. This can be accessed from the team dashboard by simply clicking on the icon above a specific employee’s name and then clicking on Participation History.

Like with stand-up answers, if you want to keep these stats for your own records you can easily export them into an Excel document. From the History page, just choose how much data you want to save (either 30 days, 3 months, or the full history) and click the appropriate link.

This functionality can be especially helpful for larger teams as it lets managers know how many team members are blocked and how many regularly achieve their goals—things that might normally fall through the cracks with more employees. This helps managers notice patterns such as repeated or shared blockers so they know which team members may need a little extra support.
