Feature Spotlight: Analytics Tracking

ScrumGenius is designed to help your team track goals and blockers. If you have goal and blocker tracking enabled, you can view these stats as well as the participation count for your team in the Team Dashboard. All you have to do is click on the History button on the top right-hand side of the screen to view them.

ScrumGenius also lets you view the goal and blocker stats of individual team members. This can be accessed from the Team Dashboard by first clicking on a specific employee’s icon and then on Participation History.

If you want to keep these stats for your own records, you can easily export them into an Excel document. From the History page, just choose how much data you want to save and then click the appropriate link.

This functionality is especially helpful for larger teams because it lets managers know how many team members are blocked and how many regularly achieve their goals. Managers can then notice patterns like repeated or shared blockers that let them know which team members need extra support.
